2010 Hybrid Season
2010 Illini Hybrid Racing Season
In 2009, I started looking for a club at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign that allowed students to get hands-on experience working on hybrid or electric vehicles. When I realized that what I was searching for didn't currently exist at U of I, I teamed up with Professor Philip Krein, and a few other excited engineering students to start one. In addition to my role as Team Captain, I lead the Power Electronics and Electric Machinery subsystems. For more details on our first build season, check out the February 2010, and April 2010 newsletters.
